    Applicants must hold relevant PBS qualifications and have experience working with NDIS participants. Proof of registration and professional credentials is required.
  • How long does the application process take?

    The review and onboarding process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the completeness of your application and reference checks.
  • Is ongoing training provided?

    Steppr offers regular professional development opportunities to support your growth and keep your skills aligned with best practices in PBS.
  • What support does Steppr offer its practitioners?

    Our team culture prioritises collaboration, mentorship, and access to resources to ensure practitioners deliver high-quality, person-centred support. Our systems are secure and cloud-based, so your work can move with you. We also offer dedicated staff phone numbers through Aircall.

  • Can I work remotely or part-time?

    Flexible work arrangements are considered based on client needs and practitioner availability. Discuss options during the application process.
  • How would it work with uni?

    Some of our staff are studying during their honours or masters. We offer flexible part-time employment, where you can work 2-4 days per week depending on your capacity. Clients are then connected based on suitability and availability for continuity of care.
